• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and your order details.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or store policy.
